The contracting authority would like tenders for patient monitoring equipment, including patient modules, monitors, control panels, telemetry, and hand held units for mobile monitoring/alarm transfer. Tenders are wanted for modules, parameters, software packages, fastenings, equipment-dependent accessories, and spare parts.
The plan is that most of the procured equipment will be installed in the current Stavanger University Hospital. As already known, a new hospital is under construction (New SUS), and the procured equipment will be moved to the new hospital. Supplementary procurements could be required for the move.

The deadline to ask questions in the qualification phase is 13 August, 12.00. Due to the holiday period, questions asked in the period from week 29 to week 32 will first be answered in week 33.

The intention is to replace all of the monitoring equipment during the contract period. The equipment for newborn intensive care and heart monitoring with telemetry installations will be replaced first.
The amount required for the different equipment groups is estimated in the table in the contest provisions, point 1.3 and in Annex 2 Requirements Specification, tab 2. Introduction.
In the long term, we would like to have most of the monitors connected in a network with monitoring control panels in each department. There could be a need for a transition period with control panels in both hospitals (double control panels and possibly extra monitors). The telemetry in the current hospital must be aerial based, but we would like to be able to connect individual departments to the system with a wifi system. More extensive use of wifi could be used in the new hospital.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The framework agreement for the equipment will be valid for 4 years, and a framework agreement for equipment-dependent accessories and spare parts will be valid for as long as the equipment is in use at the contracting authority. The contracting authority has am unilateral right to take up an option for an extension of the framework agreement for up to 2 + 1 + 1 years. The options are triggered automatically and on identical terms unless otherwise requested by the contracting authority.
