The aim of the project is the re-establishment of Jordal artificial grass pitch, skate park, and club house at Jordal (cadastral No 232/title No 499) through a partnership contract. The partnership contract is split into two phases:
Phase 1: will result in a ready agreed basis for the execution and target price;
Phase 2: will consist of the execution phase and the construction of the project.
The project will be based on trust and cooperation. Tenderers are recommended to familiarise themselves with the contract and form of cooperation.
The project aims to have minimum 25 % zero-free site execution (and possibly other environmental measures). The partnership contractor must take the interfaces between all the measures into consideration (artificial grass pitch, skate park, club house, and grandstand). The exact scope and consequences will be reviewed in phase 1.
The wrestling world championships will be held in Jordal sports park from 2 — 10 October 2021. We expect that the construction work can start after 15 October 2021.
