Partnering consultant NVO

Oslo kommune v/Vann- og avløpsetaten

VAV/NVO is considering to use partnering for one of more of the following contracts; E1 concrete, E2 process/machine, E4 electro, as well as possibly E3 dosing and sludge installations.
There is a need to have a multidisciplinary consultant team that has good competence and experience with partnering for assistance with making the procurement(s) and the actual contracts, as well as designing relevant templates and documents.
The consultant must also be able to assist in other questions related to partnering for the projects and possibly VAV in general in concrete projects if required. Deliveries of the above-mentioned assignments require a decision on using partnering for each contract. There will therefore also be a need for consultancy beofre this decision.
