The contracting authority wants to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 3 providers of consulting services for: safety-critical design, including interaction design, service design, industrial design, and system-oriented design. The contracting authority needs support for expertise in the design and realization of digital and physical products and services for the defence sector. The framework agreement includes the delivery of consulting services related to the disciplines: Interaction design, service design, industrial design, safety-critical design, and system-oriented design. The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority's alternating need for consultancy support related to this subject area.
