The contracting authority sent direct information to all interested parties on Monday 13 December that the tender deadline would be extended from 12 noon to 2300 hours. The reason for the extended deadline was operational challenges with BankID, which is currently unstable in times of high traffic in the middle of the day. The contracting authority's intention was to give tenderers an increased period to submit a tender in order to minimise the probability of BankID problems being an obstacle for submission. It was, however, not possible to extend the deadline in TendSign, which had a 'cut-off' at 1200 noon. We apologise that contradictory information was sent, as the communicated deadline did not correspond with the deadline in the tender management tool. The consequence of this was that several tenderers were prevented from submitting a tender and were, thus, excluded from the contest.
Due to this the contracting authority has to cancel the contest and republish it.
