Parallel framework agreements for reception centre operation, level 2 - Northern region

UDI would like to enter into parallel, regional framework agreements for the procurement of reception centre places. These are intended as variable capacity that will give UDI quick access to a potential significant number of reception centre places.
The framework agreements that are signed after this contest will be part of UDI's portfolio of contracts for accommodation for asylum seekers that are called ' level 2 - varying reception centre capacity'. The framework agreements that are announced in this contest will cover the capacity for ordinary reception centre places for transit reception centres and arrival centres, as well as other necessary services. Level 2 will cover the need that exceeds the capacity requirements covered by existing framework agreements for the operation of basic reception centres (level 1).

Estimert totalverdi: 1 800 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
UDI plans to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 12 different tenderers for framework agreements for the procurement of up to 5000 places in the Northern region.
The framework agreements include delivery of:
Buildings/infrastructure for accommodation and an operational organisation to see to operation in accordance with the requirements specification, or
only an operational organisation in cases where UDI already has buildings.
UDI will also enter into parallel framework agreements in the other regions in simultaneous and coordinated contests. UDI will, based on current political guidelines, aim to have a proportionally equal distribution of reception centres in the different regions.

The framework agreements will be signed for 3 years with an option for the contracting authority to extend for a further 1+1 year.
The parallel framework agreements give the UDI the right, but not an obligation, to award operational contracts under the framework agreements.
