Parallel Framework Agreement for the Provision of Care and Support Services in the Home

Sandnes kommune

The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement for delivery of hourly health and care services at night, including supervision of children and adults who, due to medical causes have a legitimate need for this.
The legal basis for the service is the Health and Care Services Act § 3-2 No 6
(a) health services in the home;
(b) personal assistance, including practical assistance and training and support contact.
Option: As stated in the above, the contract will primarily concern night supervision of children or adults, but may also apply to necessary supervision during the day and evening. Sandnes Municipality also wants the possibility of an option for night supervision of adult users with different types of disabilities if such need should arise. NB this will not entail any obligation for the contracting authority.the contracting authority in any way.
