Oslo kommune v/ Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF

The framework agreements will cover Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF (OBY), Undervisningsbygg (UBF) og Kultur og Idrettsbygg (KID) (the Municipal Undertaking for Social Service Buildings Oslo, the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property and the Municipal Undertaking for Cultural and Sports Facilities’) combined need for modernisation, new installation, service and maintenance of ventilation in a four year contract period.
The assignment includes energy evaluations of technical installations, modernisation, new installation, service and maintenance of ventilation and comfort cooling systems, cooling systems for computer rooms, cooling and freezer rooms, function control kitchen exhaust and heat pumps in Oslobygg KF's property portfolio.
The purpose is:
— to satisfy indoor climate and environment through economic and stable operation of technical systems,
— to maintain the system's technical standards that contribute to long life time,
— environmentally friendly material use and low resource consumption, as well as low greenhouse gas emissions connected to transport.
After the reorganisation the parallel framework agreements can be transferred without substantial changes to the new company.
