Parallel framework agreement for reception operation, Level 2 - Southern Region

UDI wants to enter into parallel, regional framework agreements for procurement of reception places. This is intended to be variable capacity giving UDI quick access to a potentially significant number of reception places.
Framework agreements resulting from this competition will be part of UDI’ portfolio of accommodation for asylum seekers, and are designated ‘Level 2 - variable reception capacity’. The framework agreements announced in this competition will cover the capacity for ordinary reception places, respite for transit reception and arrivals centres, as well as other necessary services. Level 2 will cover the need exceeding the capacity need covered by the existing framework agreements for operation of basic reception (Level 1).

Estimert totalverdi: 1 800 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
UDI plans to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 12 different suppliers for framework agreements for purchase of up to 5,000 places in the Southern Region.
The framework agreements include delivery of:
Building/infrastructure for accommodation and an operational organisation to safeguard operation in accordance with the requirement specification, or
just the operational organisation in circumstances where UDI already has buildings.
UDI will also enter into parallel framework agreements in the other regions in simultaneous and coordinated competitions. Based on applicable political directives, UDI will strive to have a relatively equal distribution of reception in the different regions.

The framework agreements will have a three year duration, with an option for the contracting authority to extend for a further one year + one year.
The parallel framework agreements give UDI the right, but no obligation, to award operational contracts within the framework agreements.
