This procurement also includes
— building cleaning,
— first time treatment of floor coverings,
— disassembly/reassembly and minor moving assignments in connection with the works named above, when it is appropriate to utilise other agreements.
Special conditions
Scaffolding work will mainly be carried out by the framework agreement supplier for construction. When the work mostly involves painting, the supplier for painting and coverings can do the work. This will be agreed in each call-off.
The tenderer will be expected to assist with consultancy services for engineering design services if required.
Tiling work will mainly be carried out by the framework agreement supplier for construction, unless the work can be carried out by the painting and coverings supplier as agreed when it is appropriate for the contracting authority to give the assignment to the supplier that has the contract for painting and coverings work.

The contracting authority currently has properties where parts of the buildings are grade 1 or grade 2 listed. The management plans for these property areas is being prepared. If it is apparent that the tenderer does not have the correct competence for work that shall be carried out in these areas, the contracting authority can choose to hold a competition in order to get access to the necessary competence for the service.

Tenderers are expected to have access to the scaffolding, lifts, and other tools/equipment that are necessary for the work in this contract.
Work will be carried out in, or close to, hospital premises that are in use.
