Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Norwegian companies: company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: verification that the company is registered in a company register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established. (C.f. Annex XI to directive 2014/24/EU). See the tender documentation.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Documented creditworthiness with no requirement for security will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service. See the tender documentation.

If a tenderer will rely on sub-suppliers, the sub-suppliers must also submit a separate ESPD form in the tender. Describe in which areas it may be appropriate to use subcontractors. If a tenderer would like to rely on another company to fulfil the requirements set in the tender documentation, a signed commitment declaration must be attached in accordance with Annex 4 Commitment Declaration that demonstrates that the tenderer will be able to use the required resources throughout the entire contract period.

If a tenderer would like to use a parent company to fulfil the economic and financial requirements, a parent company guarantee must be attached in accordance with Annex 5, Parent Company Guarantee.
Tenderers must complete the ESPD form that is attached to the tender documentation as provisional documentation of fulfilment of the qualification requirements and as confirmation that there are no rejection grounds. The form must be submitted with the tender.
