Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1) Tenderers must, at a minimum, achieve the rating ‘credit worthy’.
2) Tenderers must have an annual minimum turnover (the last 2 fiscal years: 2020 and 2019) for the following sum, categorised by the sub-contracts tenders are submitted for*:
— Fixture group A: NOK 25 000 000
— Fixture group B: NOK 5 000 000
— Fixture group C: NOK 10 000 000
— Fixture group D: NOK 8 000 000
— Fixture group E: NOK 7 000 000
(*) If a tenderer submits a tender for several sub-contracts, the tenderer must have an annual minimum turnover equivalent to the turnover of all of the sub-contracts a tender is being submitted for.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Tenderers must have sufficient experience from comparable deliveries of outdoor lighting equipment.
2)
(a) Tenderers that submit a tender for fixture group A — street lights must have lighting and street light competence, as well as the competence and capacity to carry out light calculations for the fixture group;
(b) Tenderers that submit a tender for fixture groups B, C, and D - decorative lighting must have lighting and street light competence, as well as the competence and capacity to carry out light calculations for the fixture group.
(c) Tenderers that submit a tender for fixture group E — sports lighting must, in addition to general light competence, have specific competence in sports lighting, as well as the competence and capacity to carry out light calculations for the fixture group.
