The contracting authority would like, on behalf of all 6 municipalities in Grenland, to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer for the procurement of leasing and fleet administration services for a total period of 4 years (including extensions). The vehicles will be used for municipal services in Skien, Porsgrunn, Bamble, Kragerø, Drangedal and Siljan Municipalities, as well as an option for participation for all associated 16 municipal and inter-municipal companies.
