The assignment comprises winter operations such as snow ploughing, snow/ice clearing and gritting at road sections. The work will be remunerated by round sum for round sum processes, in relation to amounts and unit prices for other processes such as cost-plus work in accordance with the hourly rate for crew and machinery. Agder County will be responsible for inspection and monitoring of the road network including emergency duty and through this will initiate calling of contractors to carry out the contract work.

— the tenderer must have a system that shows he works pro actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), with relevance to similar works as those included in this contest. The system will be subject to regular audit, cfr. Chapter B2 point 2.5.1.
