The geographical area covered by the contract is indicated in chapter D2-S01. The most important systems and installations that are covered by the assignment consist, among others, of:

• road lighting system including systems on foot and cyclist paths and sub passages;
• signalling;
• counting points;
• pump installations;
• weather stations.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The builder has the option for extending the contract for 12 months, from 31 August 2026 until 31 August 2027.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— tenderers must be a legally established company;
— tenderers must have a system that shows that they work pro actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), including the Covid-19 measures, with relevance to equivalent work as that described in this competition. The system will be subject to periodic reviews;

— tenderers and their central contractual partners ought to have an average H1 value lower than 15 for the last 3 years;
— in the tender offer, tenderers must present a tax and VAT certificate issued by a competent body in the tenderer's home state or the country where the tenderer is established, showing that the tenderer has fulfilled their obligations for payment of taxes, duties and social security contributions.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations and fulfil the following requirements:
• tenderers must have positive equity.
• the tenderer's average annual turnover in the last 3 years must be at least NOK 20 million a year.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— the tenderer must have the sufficient experience of relevance and degree of difficulty from operation and maintenance tasks related to electrical installations on roads and tunnels;
— the tenderer is required to show references to relevant contracts that has been carried out in a satisfactory manner.
