The assignment includes operational and maintenance assignments related to all electrical installations, with functional responsibility for some of the assignments on county roads and county foot/bicycle paths with associated side installations, side areas, equipment and installations in Agder vest in accordance with the list of objects given in chapter D2-V and D2-S20. The geographical area covered by the contract is indicated in chapter D2-S01.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

— The tenderer must be a legally established company;

— The tenderer must have a system that shows that they work pro actively to ensure safety, health and working environment (SHA), including the Covid-19 measures, with relevance to similar works covered by this contest. The system will be subject to periodic reviews;

— Tenderers and their central contractual partners ought to have an average H1 value lower than 15 for the last 3 years;

— In the tender offer, tenderers must present a tax and VAT certificate issued by a competent body in the tenderer's home state or the country where the tenderer is established, showing that the tenderer has fulfilled their obligations for payment of taxes, duties and social security contributions.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations and fulfil the following requirements:

• tenderers must have positive equity;

• the tenderer's average annual turnover in the last 3 years must be at least NOK 20 million a year.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer must have sufficient experience of relevance and degree of difficulty from operational and maintenance tasks related to electrical installations on roads and tunnels.

Tenderers are required to show references to relevant contracts that they have carried out in a satisfactory manner.
