The work will be settled by:
The work will be remunerated by round sum for round sum processes, in relation to amounts and unit prices for other processes such as cost-plus work in accordance with the hourly rate for crew and machinery.
The road network included in the contract (including arms and ramps) consists of:
550.4 km of road in total
including
521.3 km county roads
29.1 km county foot/cycle paths
The traffic on the road network varies from approx. ADT 100 to approx. ADT 12200 and an annual traffic growth is expected.
The assignment mainly consists of routine operation assignments and minor maintenance assignments on the road network. The assignment also consists of inspecting and registering, planning activities, stand-by for winter operations and general traffic flow, documentation, reports to the builder, information to the public and handling other assignments that are necessary for the operation and maintenance of the road network.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten: Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract and must fulfil the following requirements:
- The tenderer must have an equity ratio of at least 10%
- Average annual turnover of minimum NOK 35 million for the three previous approved financial years.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
HSE system:
Tenderers must have a system that shows that they work pro-actively to ensure health, safety and the environment (HSE), with relevance for equivalent works to that included in this contest. The system will be subject to periodic reviews.
Relevant experience:
Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following work:
1: The main disciplines included in the assignment include: operation and maintenance of roads
2: The following sub-assignments are of significant importance for the contract work:
- winter operations
- road works notification and traffic management
Builder's experiences:
Tenderers are required to show references to relevant contracts that they have carried out in a satisfactory manner. In addition, Innlandet County and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be assessed.
Conditions which will be evaluated are related to i.a.:
- documentation of performed quality
- fulfilment of contracts
- compliance with HSE provisions and procedures
- compliance with provisions for wages and working conditions
- observance of deadlines
- follow up during the claims period
- use of apprentices
