The contract comprises operational and maintenance assignments, with function responsibility for some of the assignments, on county roads, and county foot/bicycle paths with associated side installations, side areas, equipment and installations in Flakstad, Vestvågøy, Vågan, and parts of Hadsel, as well as Narvik, Evenes, and parts of Tjeldsund and Hamarøy Municipalities in accordance with the road list provided in chapter D2-V1 and D2-S20.

… Flakstad, Vestvågøy, Vågan, and parts of Hadsel Municipality will be included in the contract from 1 September 2021.

The work will be remunerated by round sum for round sum processes, in relation to amounts and unit prices for other processes such as cost-plus work in accordance with the hourly rate for crew and machinery.
The contract period is from 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2026 for all of the described assignments in Lofoten. All the work assignments for Ofoten will be from 1 September 2023-31 August 2026.
The road network included in the contract (including arms and ramps) consists of: 508 013.26 km roads in total.
