Office Furniture and Other Non-medical Furniture for the Health Authorities in Norway

The contracting authority on behalf of the four regional health trusts (RHF) will implement a national procurement of new office furniture and other non-medical furniture. The purpose of the procurement is to cover the health authorities’ need for new office furniture at all hospitals and other administrative buildings. The health authorities’ need that will be covered by the procurement is divided into the following lots/sub-areas:
1) Office furniture — tables and storage furniture, noise reduction screens and sound absorbers;
2) Office furniture — chairs;
3) Social and public furniture;
4) Lockers.

— office desks in various sizes with electric lift undercarriage,
— conference tables, canteen tables and meeting room tables in varying sizes of fixed height,
— various storage cabinets and shelves, including ‘clean-desk’ cabinets for storage of personal equipment, binders and shelves, tower cabinets,
— table screens for office desks, (free-standing) floor screens and sound absorbers for wall mounting.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract will have a 2-year duration calculated from commencement of the contract.
Thereafter the contracting authority can extend the contract two times for up to 1 year at a time. The total maximum contract period is 4 years.

Lot 2 Office furniture — Chairs includes the following groups:
— office chairs: single-user chairs and multi-user chairs,
— conference chairs, canteen chairs and meeting room chairs.
The latter product group is also intended to be used as a simple visitor chair in a patient room as needed.

Lot 3 Social and public furniture consists of products intended for social zones (office environment) and public areas, and including the following product groups:

— armchair with separate footstool,
— tables for social zones and public zones.
