The objective of the contract/description of the service
NRK would like to establish new framework agreements for the hire of equipment within telescopic cranes, gyro-stabilised camera heads, and telescopic pillars. The main objective of the agreements is to facilitate for NRK to have the required capacity and availability to maintain/increase the production capacity in a safer manner and with a sufficient quality to comply with NRK’s requirements.

The contract shall also facilitate a high degree of flexibility and a high service level.
The contract will have a 2-year duration from signing of the contract, and the contracting authority will have the option to extend the contract for 1 year + 1 year. The framework agreement can be valid for a maximum of 4 years. The expected start-up of the contract is 21 June 2021.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
— the contract will have a 2 year duration from when it is signed, and the contracting authority will have an option to extend for 1 + 1 year. The framework agreement can be valid for a maximum of 4 years,
— NRK has a unilateral right to take up any options specified in Annex 1, order other products and services that can be naturally defined under the framework agreement's scope on the same terms and within an equivalent price level as that in this framework agreement and annexes.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tax certificate. Norwegian tenderers must have their affairs in order regarding the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT). Documentation requirement: Tax certificate not older than 6 months.
The certificate can be collected from Altinn.
Company registration certificate. Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation Requirement: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Economic and financial standing: tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.
We are open to newly established tenderers applying for participation in the contest, provided that the other qualification requirements (below) are fulfilled. Documentation requirement: a credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.

If the tenderer relies on a parent company or others, the corresponding figures as well as a declaration of commitment must be submitted. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable. The contracting authority will determine what can be considered as a justifiable reason.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer´s technical and professional qualifications.: point 1.
Tenderers must have capacity, qualifications and experience from comparable assignments. Documentation requirement: Give a short description of the company's organisation and the number of employees, as well as its history.
Description of the tenderer´s up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 5 years. The list must include a statement of the deliveries´ value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of the personnel that he can use for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel carried out services for another service provider.
