NRK owns 9 OB buses for tv and radio production and has a large presence throughout the country through it's district offices. We are daily involved in outdoor settings with very varying access to mobile networks. In this notice we are seeking a cooperating partner who can give us stability and good VPN/Bonding solutions to everything from large production buses to single reports who need internet in order to report in to district or national news.
This is a framework agreement where the call-offs will take place through the use of the state's standard contract SSA-K, with SSA-R as a superstructure contract.

We currently use ViPrinet to solve parts of these assignments, but want to renew the entire solution that currently consists of approx. 20 outdoor units in addition to the central, redundant solution at Marienlyst.
Through this notice we seek to renew us in technology with a goal to be able to send from locations we currently cannot send from, at a quality, stability and a security level we have not yet managed. The television industry, like a number of other industries, is constantly looking to utilise new technology to improve the public experience.
