Norsk Pasientskdeerstatning (NPE) (Norwegian Patient Injury Compensation) and Helseklage (the National Office for Health Service Appeals) intends to procure a new cloud-based member and insurance system for Private Health Care. It is a goal that the new system be in place by spring 2022. NPE has a long-term perspective with this contract. If the solution and deliveries from the supplier are continuously assessed as satisfactory, and provided that it is in line with current regulations and case law at the relevant time, the contract may have a duration of more than 6 years.
