Norsk Pasientskdeerstatning (NPE) (Norwegian Patient Injury Compensation) and Helseklage (the National Office for Health Service Appeals) have together begun a modernisation project in order to upgrade their case/archive system (Public 360) from an ‘on prem’ system to a cloud system. In order to succeed with this and realise profits connected to among other things administration, the new Public360 must be a standard system. The current ‘on prem’ system contains a good number of special customisations, among others a system for private health care.

This contents is intended to procure a new cloud-based member and insurance system for private health care.
It is a goal that NPE and Helseklage will have new cloud systems in place by spring 2022.
The procurement includes i.a. the following:
— ongoing contract based on SSA-L that among other things includes license/right of use, operation, support, user-support and error correction;
— any customer specific configurations and customisations;
— integrations with internal and external systems;
— converting data from the existing systems;
— project implementation for establishing the service;
— training of internal super-users.
NPE's general need and purpose with the procurement of the system is described in the contract annex SSA-L Annex 1.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 15 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 72 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
Government's standard contract SSA-L will be used. The initial duration is 3 years. After the first 3 years the contract can be renewed annually.
