The purpose of the procurement is to enter a contract with one provider / partner who shall assist with the development, design and implementation of a new publishing system (CMS) for the external websites www.nord.no, with an associated operating and management agreement.
The website shall cover Nord University's need to communicate, but also provide the information the users are looking for. A detailed description is given in the appendices to SSA-T (Agreement governing the delivery of software that is developed or customised for the Customer) and SSA-V (Agreement governing the maintenance and servicing of software and equipment)
