Oslo Municipality c/o the Municipal Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of 'New Tøyen Swimming Pool — electrical contract K400' — new notice.
The procurement comprises a contract for electrotechnical work for the establishment of the New Tøyen Swimming Pool, based on NS 8405, as well as Oslo Municipality's accompanying contract formula. The work also include special coordination with the contract for delivery and assembly of steel pools and water treatment systems for all pools, as well as indoor and outdoor slides.
The new swimming pool is planned to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. The New Tøyen Swimming Pool will be Oslo's largest and best swimming pool with a varied swimming offer. The centre will include both indoor pools (approx. 15 000 m) and an outdoor pool.
The project is divided into multiple contracts. This contract is for K400 Electrical Contract: electrotechnical work.

Tax certificate:

The selected tenderer will be required to present a tax certificate and a VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender. For building and construction contracts, the tenderer shall require an equivalent tax certificate from all sub-suppliers when contracts are signed for the assignment with a value exceeding NOK 500 000 excluding VAT.

Requirement:

• tenderers are required to have sufficient experience with the execution of equivalent assignments of equal complexity and scope of company level.

Documentation requirement:

A description must be given of 2-4 reference projects with a transferable value from the last 5 years, with information on, amongst other things:

• the name of the project;

• the contracting authority and a reference person;

• the project's size and cost;

• type of contract and the company's assignment/role in the project;

• type of works.

All of the above points are to be responded to per project.

In order to ensure sufficient competition, documentation of assignments carried out more than 5 years ago will also be taken into consideration.
