On behalf of Tvedestrand Municipality (the Contracting Authority), an open tender contest is published for the construction of a new primary school with completion during the spring of 2023. The project is to be executed as a turnkey contract with a price and solution proposal contest. The new primary school must have the capacity for up to 525 pupils and is planned to be constructed at Lyngmyr in Tvedestrand Municipality. Lyngmyr is a developed area containing a comprehensive school, a nursery school, sports facilities and other public service areas, and is close to the centre close to Fv. (County road) 411. Preparatory ground works have been executed for sections of the site. The project new primary school also includes the construction of a bus terminal, road and parking areas, etc. Option for measures that must be executed for the existing sports hall, Lyngmyrhallen.
