New notice - ANPR - toll-free payment system

Kristiansand kommune

Kristiansand kommune (Kristiansand municipality) c/o Parkeringsenheten (the Parking division) requests tenders for a new toll-free payment system.
As of today we are planning the installation of a new payment system in three parking buildings in the central area of Kristiansand. Installation of new payment systems on all of these locations depends on e.g. financing. The municipality therefore reserves the right to downward the assignment to only include installation in one or two locations. It may also be relevant to install the payment system at several locations. The municipality therefore also requests an option for an extension to include the municipality's other facilities and any new facilities that may occur during the agreement period. To a maximum of four additional facilities.
We emphasise that this procurement does not include the distribution of invoices and collection in the event of non-payment.

Tenders are also wanted for an equivalent system as an option for all car parking areas at Sørlandet Hospital in Kristiansand. The hospital area several also includes outdoor parking areas and a parking building.
The tenders must include unit prices. These unit prices apply for all facilities.
We would like selected tenders to give us a demonstration of their equipment and system as part of the evaluation. This can be done via Teams.
