STIFTELSEN BUSKERUDMUSEET

Buskerud Museum is a consolidated museum foundation established in 2014. We consist of 11 departments and a total of 19 visit locations, well spread over the old Buskerud: Ringerike, Hallingdal, Sigdal, Modum, Krødsherad, Eiker, Drammen and Kongsberg.
Our collections and facilities go through the entire spectrum of what Buskerud can offer in a history and culture, from the iron-age and until our time. Here you will find traditional is traditional peasant culture and buildings, folk music, burial grounds from the older iron-age, manor houses, artists' homes, modern industrial history in the form of large technical-industrial facilities and railways, as well as fairy tale houses. We are also responsible for the county photo archive, with a total of 200,000 photographs on various media.
Our approx. 60 employees and a number of seasonal employees contribute to providing the best possible visitor experience both indoors and outdoors.

Kort beskrivelse:
Buskerud Museum Foundation was established in 2013 as an overtaking foundation for five museums with a total of 19 museum facilities in Buskerud. The merge was carried out with a transfer of intermediate balances 30.11.2014. The first full fiscal year for the foundation was 2015. The administration was established with a decision that the accounts would be outsources to an external accounting supplier. Internally the finance function is safeguarded by the Finance Manager who will act as a liaison between the departments and external supplier.

The purpose of the procurement is to get a finance system in place that can contribute to streamlining financial management in the foundation.

Electronic system for disbursement
Buskerud Museum wants a system description and offer for such a system, as well as implementation to be included in the offer. The system must be manageable via an app, and with a function to be able to take pictures of vouchers. The number of users will be synonymous with the number of employees. Buskerud Museum will also strive for internal purchasing to be carried out via invoice or credit card registered to Buskerud Museum.

Electronic travel expenses
Buskerud Museum wants tenders for such a system including implementation. The system must be manageable via an app, and with a function to be able to take pictures of vouchers related to travel expenses for both employees, the boat and Buskerud Museum Council - altogether approx. 90 users.
