Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contracting authority has an option for a swimming hall with beginner's pool. The beginner's pool will also include a wheelchair ramp, and the combined size of the pool will be 12.5 m x 9.5 m.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
The tenderer must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have a satisfactory and sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from relevant assignments. Equivalent assignments means buildings of an equivalent size and complexity.
Emphasis will be placed on experiences with interaction contracts, as well as experience with school buildings, nursery schools, early development centres and other types of combination buildings facilitated for multi-use/co-use/additional use.
Emphasis will also be placed on experience from assignments focussed on innovation and future-oriented solutions and assignments with high environmental ambitions, for example such as environmental certification, documented low greenhouse gas emissions, passive house standard and timber.

The tenderer has his contract staff must have sufficient capacity to carry out the contract.
The tenderer must have, or must connect with an Architect (architecture firm) that has experience from equivalent relevant architect assignments. Relevant assignments are buildings of an equivalent size and complexity.
A good, efficient quality assurance system is required.
A good, well-functioning environmental control system is required.

Selection from among the qualified tenderers will be based on an assessment of which tenderers best satisfy the qualification requirement ‘Leverandørens tekniske og faglige kvalifikasjoner’ (Supplier's technical and professional qualifications), cf. point 4.4.3 sub-point a-3 and associated documentation requirements.
