The tender contest concerns the sanitation of municipal business waste from municipal enterprises that are defined as commercial buildings; nurseries, schools, health institutions, operating buildings and administration buildings.
The procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured for NOK 1 800 000 excluding VAT per year in the recent years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period. It will be the contracting authority´s actual need that will always determine the amount of call-offs in the contract period.
