Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have their tax, employer contribution and VAT payments in order. Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to fulfil the contract. The contracting authority will obtain credit ratings from Bisnode Norge.

Tenderers must have good experience with the execution of equivalent deliveries. A list with an overview of equivalent assignments in the last 3 years. Justification for cancellation
Hello,
Unfortunately we have to cancel the contest with immediate effect, c.f. the PPR Section 25-4.
The price sheet is not suitable to separate the tenders from each other. See below for a detailed explanation. Changes to the price sheet and how the price is weighted is seen as a significant change and more than what is allowed, c.f. the PPR Section 14-2.
In the price sheet the estimated annual total consumption for all the machines is multiplied by the total number of machines that we currently have. For example, this means that the annual hire is weighted only once, but for machine type 1, the total annual consumption is weighted 33 times. The price sheet weights a total printout volume of more than 100 million pages a year, not 5 that is our consumption.
We will immediately start a new contest where the price sheet and previous clarifications are corrected. Further input to changes or improvements can be sent to erik.lindseth@vaga.kommune.no by Monday at the latest.
