Institutt for konstruksjonsteknikk ved Norges teknisk vitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) (the Institute of Structural Engineering at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU)) wants to procure a measurement system that will mounted on board a passenger train in order to measure data from the passenger train in traffic. The system that will be procured must consist of all components and services needed to install and operate the system. The system will carry out measurements of among other things, accelerations, geometry, pressure and sound.
