Stavanger kommune

Stavanger (including the Finnøy and Rennesøy areas), Sandnes (including the Forsand area), Sola and Randaberg Municipalities, hereafter called the contracting authority, invite tenderers to a contest for masonry, plastering, and tiling work with accompanying materials.
The framework agreements will cover municipal buildings and houses, such as schools, nursing homes and retirement homes, residential and activity centres, swimming pools and sports halls, office buildings, arts centres, health centres, church councils with churches, chapels, operational buildings, municipal rental housing (communal areas), etc. Private nursing homes and private nurseries, and other entities with municipal operating subsidies will be able to use the framework agreements that the municipality has.

Kort beskrivelse:
The work will mainly consist of planned and imposed construction projects and odd maintenance work (internal and external), minor assignments, and acute assignments. The framework agreement will include the provision of a number of different types of work, for example:

- Touching up and repairing masonry facades in brick and concrete
- Repairing tiles
- Wet room/membrane work
- Laying tiles
- Repairing, renovating, and establishing support walls, steps, chimneys, etc.
- Fireproofing for masonry and plastering work
The list of services included in the framework agreement is not exhaustive. Other services that are naturally related to the disciplines in this framework agreement may be added if needed during the contract period.
The contract also includes material deliveries, scaffolding, protection measures for own personnel and the building's users.
Materials that are naturally related to the concrete work in the service are to be delivered, but the contract is also for work where material deliveries are not required.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Technical and professional qualifications: 4) Requirement. Experience is required from at least 3 relevant assignments for the delivery of masonry, plastering, and tiling work in the last three years. Equivalent assignments means assignments for major contracting authorities with several buildings, e.g., public administration, with a value exceeding NOK 100,000. 4) Tenderers must if requested, be able to present a list of the primary deliveries or services provided in the last three years. 5). Documentation requirement: Present the company's total staff (organisation plan), as well as attach an overview of the persons in the company who will be responsible for this assignment. 6). Documentation requirement: The contracting authority requires that tenderers are a master company/master registered in Norway, or have equivalent competence. 7). Tenderers must have central certification in development class 2 or substantiate that local certification development class 2 can be achieved. 8). Documentation requirement: Tenderers must have an quality management system that is adapted to the nature and scope of the assignment, and an environmental management system that guarantees that the tenderer is able to comply with environmental requirements given in the tender documents and the contractual obligations. 9).
