The contract must will provide Sykehuspartner HF good, cost-effective and predictable maintenance services that comply with the need for reliable and accessible solutions in the health sector. This contract is a consequence of Sykehuspartner Hospital Trust wanting to enter into contract with a focus on the individual solutions where deemed appropriate.

The scope of the contract
This contract shall cover maintenance of all parts of the storage solution based on Hitachi and Brocade for the Southern and Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority The contract also includes access to consulting services with expertise in this equipment. Upon entering into a new contract, maintenance of the above described equipment shall be transferred to the new contract at the end of the contract period of the existing contract.

It is anticipated that Statens Standardavtaler (the Government's Standard Contracts) will be used. In principle, before the dialogue we envisage using the Norwegian Government's Standard Terms and conditions for IT Procurement (Norwegian: SSA-V) as a standard.
