The contracting authority wants to enter into parallel framework agreements with three suppliers of legal advisory services.
The objective of the framework agreements is to obtain access to experienced lawyers with solid competence within the four (4) legal areas:
1) Labour legislation;
2) Legal business areas;
3) Official legal areas;
4) Security graded procurements.
The relevant legal areas are not exhaustively described.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 60 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 48 måneder

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Norwegian tenderers must have their affairs in order regarding the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT). The certificate must not be older than six (6) months from the tender deadline.
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
The tenderer must show an overview of the company’s organisation.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures.
The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments.
The tenderer must have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Description of up to three of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last 3 years.
Certificate of the company's quality system/management system issued by independent bodies confirming the tenderer fulfils certain quality assurance standards, for example ISO 9001:2015.
The contracting authority will also accept other documentation demonstrating that the tenderer has equivalent quality assurance measures. As a minimum, a general description of the system´s content, including an overview of inspection plans and check-lists that are relevant for this contract, must be submitted.
