Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must be a legally established company and registered in a trade register or other company register,for e.g. the Brønnøysund Register Centre.
Documentation requirement:
Company registration certificate; confirmation of registration in a company register. Foreign companies: Certificate of registration in a trade register or other company register as described in the law in the country where the tenderer and/or his sub contractor is established.

Description of up to three of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The list must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address).
QA-system
Tenderers must have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system.

Control and HSE. Copy of a system certificate issued by an accredited certifying body or equivalent documentation/an account of the quality assurance system.

Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement:
The tax certificate shall not be more than six months old at the expiry of the tender deadline.
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.

The contest is cancelled and a new notice will be published today or tomorrow. The contest is cancelled because the requirement for 2 axles must be changed to 3 axles. This is because it would be difficult to fulfil the requirement together with the other requirements that are set for the vehicle.
