Justification for cancellation We are forced to cancel the competition 2021/4022 Laundry Service as there is a justifiable basis. Cf. the Public Procurement Regulations, § 25-4 (1). We are forced to consider a complaint received on 11.12.2021 after a close consideration. We see that the sum of these ambiguities in Chapter 5 of the tender documentation and in the 'Appendix 2 Price Form' makes it difficult to correct the error without the sum of these, either alone or as a whole, constitute a significant change in the tender contest’s preconditions and premise.
