Laundry and Transport of Workwear for Dental Health Includes an Option for Industrial Laundry for the Road Administration

Nordland County invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the laundry and transport of workwear for employees in the dental health service.
We would also like an option for industrial laundry of workwear for the road administration if needed (rare and a small volume).
There are approx. 291 employees in total, divided between 55 dental clinics over all of Nordland County. The contracting authority's estimate of the scope is based on the number of employees, 2 items per employee per day, with each employee working 48 weeks a year.
The procurement is split into seven sub-deliveries. Tenders can be submitted for one region, but the tender must be for all the clinics within this region. Tenders can be submitted for one or several regions.
The same price form will be used in all of the lots, but a price form must be delivered for each lot.
The sub-deliveries will be assessed individually.
Total scope for all regions: expected to be NOK 8 000 000. Maximum scope NOK 11 000 000.
