Vestland County will construct a new building that will cover the need for gym, music, dance, and drama, as well as new science rooms, and the need for an extra parallel music room. The number of students at the college will increase from 630 to 720.
The project will be organised as a turnkey contract with interaction. The contract shall be divided in two stages; Stage 1 - the Partnering stage and Stage 2 - Detailed engineering design and execution.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract will contain the following options:
- Internal connection between the Middle Building and the New Building.
- Proposals for traffic safety, access to goods reception for the existing building and parking for cars and bicycles, as well as facilitating 'kiss and ride' from Hagerups vei.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate
Foreign tenderers:
Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient financial strength to comply with the contractual obligations.
Documentation requirement:
Tenderers must present the company's annual accounts with notes and the auditor's reports for 2019, 2020 and Q1 - Q3 2021 (provisional figures for Q3 will be accepted).
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit assessment itself.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have good experience from similar deliveries. This means:
1. Experience from turnkey contracts
Tenderers must have completed at least two projects in the last five years that have been executed as turnkey contracts. Each project must have a size of at least 5,000 m2 gross area.
The projects cannot apply to industrial buildings, warehouses or parking facilities.
2. Experience from architectural design
Tenderers must have designed at least one new building for teaching purposes with a size of at least 5,000 m2 gross area in the last five years.
Documentation
Tenderers must submit a list of relevant assignments per the areas above. Use the document 'Response Form Experience'. The description must, as a minimum, include:
• A thorough description of the delivery
• Time of execution
• Scope of the delivery in monetary amount and gross area
• Name, and telephone number of the reference person at the Contracting Authority.
Certificates must be submitted from the contracting authorities in the listed reference projects.
All the provided reference assignments must be completed. Completed turnkey contracts means assignments that have been taken over by the building owner. Completed architectural design assignments means assignments where the design contract is completed.
