The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for the hire of sound and sound equipment with accompanying services for various events. The contracting authority needs to be able to offer package solutions for sound and sound equipment, as well as access to personnel for holding relevant events for users of the municipality's arts buildings and for other events. This mainly applies to the arts buildings Festiviteten and the Caroline cinema and conference centre, but it must also be possible to prepare for other events, for example, at the schools of arts, for special events, or other units in the municipality.
