Surveying works for facilitation, follow-up and control.

The tenderer shall particularly cover to areas:

1: Surveying works for facilitation, follow-up and control

Tenderer must, after further agreement, carry out necessary facilitation for and follow-up and control of individual contract in consultation with the contracting authority. This will particularly concern framework, and contracts connected to all internal building works. For the interior building works, the tenderer must, in collaboration with the contracting authority, establish and implement a follow-up program that provides the necessary information for the executing contractor to carry out the works. This includes wall heights, measuring recesses and holes for technical contracts etc. Prior to this, the tenderer must establish and/or continue an appropriate basic network established in the auspice of contract K2201 (Framework).

2: Other assignments

This can include:

- Control of surveyors documentation

- Collect, register and file all surveying data and documentation for the project

- Carry out control and maintenance of fixed points and altitudes the contracting authority is responsible for

- Keep a diary of the surveyor works

- Perform controls in accordance with the applicable control plans/procedures

- Measure and control execution against the projected surface (geometry control)

- Register and report deviation from defined main axes and heights

- Receiving and distribution of surveying data in the project

- Laser scan the new hospital and connection points against the existing building with multiple dimension, in order to ensure there is consistency between the models and what is actually built for all disciplines in addition to ‘as-built’ documentation.

- Surveying assignments as needed during the construction period. The construction period is planned throughout 2024.
