Invitation to participate in pre-qualification no. 100923 - Combi Spreaders

Forsvarsmateriell [The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency]

Forsvarsmateriell (FMA) [the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency] will procure combi spreaders that will be used with Luftforsvarets [the Norwegian Air Force’s] TG84S airport vehicles from RMMV. The procurement is part of Project 2517 - BRP Materiel.
The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency intends to purchase between 8-16 spreaders. The cost can however affect the number of spreaders that will be procured. Purchase of spreaders will be regulated in a contract as a one-time purchase.
Furthermore, the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency will require the Candidate to commit to offering maintenance, support and supply of spare parts for the lifetime of the spreaders. This support during the lifetime of the spreaders can be regulated in a separate agreement, in accordance with FOSA § 6-1.
This procurement will be conducted pursuant to FOSA § 4-2 (d) and § 5-1 as a competition with negotiations, with publications in advance. The procurement is carried out based on a two-step competition.

• Part 2 – Invitation to Tender (ITT)
Candidates seeking to participate in the procurement process are invited to submit an application for qualification in accordance with this ‘Invitation to participate in Prequalification no. 100923’ .
Candidates that fulfil all the qualification requirements listed in the ‘ Invitation to participate in Prequalification no. 100923] will receive an invitation to participate further in the contest (ITT). The Purchaser however reserves the right to limit the number of qualified Candidates based on the rules set out in the “Invitation to Prequalification no. 100923’ .
