The research assignment would like to obtain new knowledge on the general interpretation of the law in the population. Central problems that are to be highlighted as knowledge and attitudes in the population on criminal actions and their sentencing levels. The study must also highlight how people resonate around the attraction of the borders that are set between legal and illegal actions.
The project will consist of two parts, a quantitative and a qualitative. The quantitative part will cover inhabitants' knowledge of what actions are criminal and what level of sentence actually applies for different types of crime. The qualitative part will intercept reasonings on how people think about sentencing. The qualitative part will build on themes from the questionnaire, but go into more depth on how different actions are understood, and how borders are made between actions that can be tolerated and what must be punishable.

The qualitative part will intercept reasonings on how people think about sentencing. The qualitative part will build on themes from the questionnaire, but go into more depth on how different actions are understood, and how borders are made between actions that can be tolerated and what must be punishable. There is a need for more knowledge on how people resonate around concrete cases, and to what degree there is correspondence between people's interpretation of the law, form of reaction, and sentencing in the courts.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
The terms are described in the tender documentation.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit rating based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service.
If the tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documentation considered suitable by the contracting authority.
