The Contracting Authority needs internal piping works in connection with the development, operation and maintenance of the Contracting Authority's infrastructure for district heating and district cooling.

To cover the need for internal piping works, the Contracting Authority needs to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer who can provide these services.
The procurements includes:
* Installation of customer centres for district heating and district cooling
* Project and operation related piping work
* Delivery of customer centres for district cooling (option)
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 21 700 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 48 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The contract shall be valid for 4 years, with an option for the Contracting Authority for a further 2 + 1 years extension, to a total of a maximum 7 years.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The Contracting Authority shall initially procure customer centres for district cooling from the supplier of the internal piping works, but will include this as an option in the framework agreement for customer centres for district heating. However, it may be relevant to continue to procure from a supplier of internal piping to avoid unnecessary intermediaries, provided that this is financially justifiable.
