Innovation partnership seamless welfare technology services

Agder fylkeksommune

Regional koordineringsgruppe e-helse Agder (RKG e-helse) [Regional Coordination Group for eHealth and Welfare Technology Agder] will use this procurement to enter into an innovation partnership to develop an open ecosystem where the goal is that the service recipients experience confidence and seamless services through using technology in their own and at at institutions. In order to achieve this, we need health personnel and other employees who work with welfare technology to have fewer systems to deal with, we need to control management of equipment and other technology in a more efficient manner, and technical warnings must be easily detected and dealt with when errors occur. We want open standards facilitated for services in applications and equipment from a number of suppliers.

Welfare technology is identified as an important part of future service offers and makes up a significant part of the solution in order to be able to meet the challenges connected to the shortage of resources in the health sector. The technology can also contribute to giving the residents increased independence and the opportunity to live at home longer.

The municipalities and the specialist health service experience the current welfare technology solutions as being fragmented. Many users have compound and complex needs and therefore receive various types of welfare technological equipment. Some equipment has its own administration interface and is not integrated with a welfare technology hub. There are many different systems to deal with and so saying it is demanding to administrate solutions and equipment as well as to detect errors.

Selection criteria 1:
The main supplier's access to competence, equipment, services and products relevant for this project. Simple schematic overview of the relevant partners and what they can add to the main supplier.
It is the main supplier's responsibility to have sufficient documentation that such a dialogue and/or letter of intend has been entered into before the deadline for prequalification expires. The contracting authority can request this documentation be confirmed at any time during the contest or partnership.

The criteria will be assessed based on the composition of relevant and comprehensive competence the main supplier has at disposal or has access to. By ‘access to’ in this context means other businesses with whom dialogue has begun about cooperation in connection with this innovation partnership. The cooperation does not need to be formally binding at this point in time, but shall be intended to highlight the breadth of partners in a possible innovation partnership contract.
