IR IKS would like enter into a contract for transport assignments from Levanger and Stjørdal, which will apply for three (3) years from when the contract is signed. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for a further 1 + 1 years on the same terms. The procurement will be split into 2 sub-contracts.
1) Transport of bulky waste for milling from Mule in Levanger Municipality to Sutterø in Stjørdal Municipality;
2) Transport of glass and metal packaging from Mule an Sutterø to Fredrikstad.
Prices may be submitted for one or both of the sub-contracts.
If a tender is submitted for both contracts, there cannot be a condition that the tender only applies if both contracts are awarded.
The tenders for sub-contract 1 and sub-contract 2 will be evaluated separately. The contracting authority will choose the two tenders that together give the contracting authority the lowest price.
