Kort beskrivelse:

The aim is to enter into identical framework agreements with between 3-5 tenderers. The tenderers will be ranked in the contest based on the award criteria, see the tender documentation, part I for further information on this.

This ranking will be decisive for the selection of tenderers in all call-offs under the framework agreement. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency will first ask tenderer no. 1 if they have the capacity. If they do not, tenderer no. 2 will be asked, etc.

In addition to confirming their capacity, the tenderer must also confirm that they are independent from the companies that are to be inspected. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency will judge whether the requirement for independence is sufficiently met. Tenderers must reckon on the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency having a stricter line on this than what is in the minimum requirements.
