Hå kommune (Hå Municipality) invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest for the delivery of ICT equipment with consultancy services and other equipment. (Scope and further specification below.) The contract will also apply for municipal companies to the degree the contracting authority finds appropriate.
The contracting authority will select a supplier but retains the right to select multiple suppliers. If any of the options cannot be provided by the tenderer, these can be acquired from other tenderers or acquired on separate tenders. As such, the contract is a non-exclusive contract. The contracting authority does not want to divide the contract further beyond this.
