Procurement of a turnkey contract for the construction of a new health and welfare building. The contract work includes the following main elements: demolition of the buildings currently on the site and Maritvoll, alterations to the existing nursing home and extension for a laundrette, a new building with flats, day centre, winter garden, etc., as well as the development of outdoor installations and parking places.
In the draft project the welfare building is give as approx. 3 024 m gross, including technical installations. The alterations to and extension of the nursing home are given as 410 m net.
The construction work must be carried out in accordance with TEK 17.

The contest has several options. The contracting authority's options are stated in the price sheet. Amongst other things, the contracting authority has an option to divide the medicine room, gas fireplace, outside shed, etc.

Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Documentation requirement:

Norwegian tenderers:

• Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign tenderers:

• Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: tenderers must have good economic and financial capacity related to the size and risk of the contract in question.

Documentation requirement: a credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a license to conduct this service. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Requirement: tenderers must have good experience from comparable assignments.

Requirement. Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and implementation ability.

Documentation requirement: overview of the tenderer's total manpower, as well as an overview of the number of man-labour years, with competence for special/important disciplines for the execution of the contract, both for engineering design services and execution.

Tenderers must present a statement of how they will secure sufficient capacity for this assignment. A staffing plan should be submitted for the assignment, showing the number of employees, hired persons, sub-suppliers, etc.

Requirement: tenderers must have an established quality management system.

Documentation requirement: a description of the tenderer's quality management system. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.

Requirement: tenderers must have an environmental management system.

Documentation requirement: a description of the tenderer's environmental management system. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, Eco-lighthouse or equivalent standard, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
