The assignment consists of all building and construction work for the expansion of Gardermoen wastewater treatment plant. The UGRA project mainly consists of the construction of a new main building that will handle a 120 % capacity increase of the wastewater treatment process. This building will consist of approx. 4 200 m

In addition to structural constructions, the contract will include site work with sheet piling, excavating plots for the three buildings, ditches with pipes for water and sewage, chemicals and conduits between the different buildings, roads, and landscape work.

The company must be legally registered.
Tenderers must fulfil, or will fulfil if a contract is awarded, statutory requirements in Norway within health, safety and the environment (HSE). This only applies to work that will be carried out in Norway.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficiently good financial solidity.
Tenderers must not have significant outstanding obligations regarding the payment of taxes and duties.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have sufficient relevant experience.
If subcontractors are used, and where the use of subcontractors' resources are required to fulfil the qualification requirements, commitment statements must be presented from the subcontractors and subcontractors must complete the ESPD form.
Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to carry out the contract work.
The tenderer's own employees must carry out minimum 30 % of the contract work hours.
Tenderers must have good quality management, HSE management and environmental management.

The expansion of Gardermoen treatment plant, the UGRA project, will consist of several different contracts. This notice is for a contract for building and construction work, EB01.
The assignment consists of all building and construction work for the expansion of Gardermoen Treatment Plant. The UGRA project mainly consists of the construction of a new main building that will handle a 120% capacity increase of the wastewater treatment process. This building will consists of approx. 4,200 m2 footprint with a main slab level, lower floor and basement. Furthermore, a new inlet pump station will be constructed that is connected to the existing inlet pump station, which will pump the wastewater in to the new process building. In addition, the existing pre-treatment plant for C-glycol from the airport is to be expanded with an additional treatment line connected to the existing treatment plant. Finally, the existing administration building will be altered, amongst other things to adapt to increased staffing at the plant. See the attached plan drawing for the alteration of the administration building.
