The target group is persons over 16 years of age. The RPH model builds on a British model to make business treatment for anxiety and depression available to most people; ‘Improving Access to Psychological Therapies’ (IAPT). APT employees have been trained in cognitive therapy so that they have competence in order to offer the service to the target group. The evidence base indicates that the effect of the measure IAPT and RPH is not the same as in the measure where health personnel do not have this further education.
